2nd SESSION OF THE 8TH SYNOD ABUJA
ANGLICAN DIOCESE
The
second session of the 8th Synod of Abuja Anglican Diocese will kick
off on Thursday the 17th of May at St James Anglican Church, Asokoro
2012 with Holy Communion service at six in the evening.
Friday
the 18th of May is the presentation of the Presidential address by
his Grace the Primate of all Nigeria Anglican Communion, the Most Rev Nicholas
.D. Okoh.
The
business of the Synod continues on Saturday the 19th of May with
matters arising and the communiqué of the Synod.
The
grand finale of this year’s Synod will be marked with a thanksgiving service on
Sunday the 20th of May 2012 at St James’s Anglican Church Asokoro,
venue of the programme.
The
theme of the 2nd session of the 8th Synod is God is our
refuge and strength a ‘Very Present Help in Trouble,’ Psalm 46:1.VEN FT.
